First time in a long time we didn't have anything planned on a Saturday. Woke up for a long relaxing Saturday breakfast followed by cleaning the house and doing laundry. Then went in to the city with no real plans other than to do some shopping which we did and had a great sallad for lunch followed by some more shopping and then had a coffee and brownie while sitting and watching people out the window.
I love people-watching! People can be so funny and so fascinating in how they express themselves - lookswise and how they act.
Then Rhys actually did some shopping. We then decided to go to the movies. Gosh it was windy today! Horrible walk to the theatre! Got tickets for "Date Night" but it didn't start for 2 hours so we went for a nice long dinner with this year's first glass of rose...
... and yummy seafood pasta..
Movie was hilarious! Definitely better than I thought it would.
Got home to buy an NBA league pass to catch the first game of the playoffs (not sure it was a great idea since I may not see my man for the next 2 months) with a cold Hoegaarden in my hand.
The equation to a great day!
