As I mentioned yesterday, I threw together a dish with just the left overs of stuff in the fridge and it probably turned out to be one of my favourite dishes that I've made yet! I'm getting the hang of this cooking thing.
These were the ingredients:
Chicken
Red Onion
Zucchini
Sun-dried Tomatoes
Chilli
Garlic
Olive Oil
Red Wine Vinegar
A little bit of milk (to give it a more sauce texture and we didn't have any cream - healthier option)
Fresh Basil (from my home grown plant :) )
Salt & Pepper
Served together with some spaghetti - Delish!
